1.8/3kV Wind Power Twisted Resistant Flexible Cable

Wind turbine cable withstands 10,000 torsion cycles at -40°C. Class 5 copper, EPR, CSM/PU sheath, oil/salt spray/UV resistant.

Product Introduction

Description: 1.8/3kV Wind Power Twisted Resistant Flexible Cable is a medium-voltage flexible power cable designed for wind turbine internal power transmission, including nacelle-to-tower, tower-to-base, and pitch control systems. It features a Class 5 fine-stranded annealed copper conductor, EPR insulation, and a CSM or PU outer sheath, ensuring exceptional flexibility, torsional resistance, and durability for extreme onshore and offshore wind farm environments.

Temperature Rating: Operating: -40°C to +90°C;

Construction:

Conductor:Class 5 annealed stranded copper conductor

Insulation:Ethylene propylene rubber or other equivalent synthetic elastomers

Outer sheath:Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber mixture,polyurethane elastomer,or other equivalent synthetic elastomers

Standard: GB/T 29631-2013,IEC 60502.1-2021,IEC 60228-2023;

Packaging & Delivery

Our cables, wires, conductors are usually packed in wood drum, Iron-wooden drum.  Steel reel will also be used if required by client. For some short length, such as 50m, 150m, 300m, the conductor can also be packed in coil.
